Cali Trip Diary: San Francisco

Friday, June 07, 2013

Despite the mostly gray overcast throughout the day, Jon and I went on to visit 7 places around San Francisco. What a lovely unique city!

First stop - a quick, relaxing visit to the beach before heading on to Land's End.

The Palace of Fine Arts Theatre

Lombard Street, probably the most famous street in San Francisco. I recommend everyone to drive down, it's quite the experience! Jon drove down the extremely windy road while I took snapshots and enjoyed the beautiful view, hehe

After driving down Lombard Street and parking nearby, we walked up the street. At the top, we caught a glimpsed of this tiny vehicle the size of a bumper car! They can be rented to tour the city.

Beautiful homes

yummy clam chowder in a bread bowl!

Sea lions basking in the sun

Forbes Island, a romantic restaurant open only for dinner that floats at the end of the Pier 39. How neat would it be to dine there?
